The Inevitable Change
Few can predict what the future holds. We know that our past helps define our future, but looking into the future, it is tough to always know the outcome. For example, we are in a constant hustle. We rush to work, rush to lunch, then rush home to enjoy those few precious moments with our friends or family. The days and years become a whirl of appointments and schedules laid out one end to the other. For some people this is great, they enjoy the successes of their final outcome. Often times this means they are happy in the life choices, they chose the right job, or maybe own their own job.
Ask yourself today those three words…are you happy? If the answer is no, what can you do to change your life? Maybe it is rebuilding your bathroom or finding a better place to live, maybe your workplace is so hectic you cannot find happiness in your daily structure, or maybe you are destined to do something else, but are too worried about the “what-ifs” or outcome. Maybe you have been binge eating and gained 20 pounds in the last 3 months. Whatever it is in your life that is making you unhappy, change it. Just change it. It doesn’t seem like a simple task, but it is. All you need to do is to commit.
Here are afew ideas that help you with stress while you are deciding to make those changes:
